Bitcoin Is Looking Solid, but Some Crypto Miners Are Still Getting Crushed – Barron’s

Bitcoin prices are just a fraction of what they were a year ago, but the outlook has recently improved. The same can’t be said for the miners that underpin the world’s largest cryptocurrency—and you can see it in the stock market.

Shares in Core Scientific (ticker: CORZ) have lost 78% since Thursday, while Argo Blockchain (ARBK) stock collapsed 55% on Monday. These are two of the largest publicly-listed crypto miners, and they are having trouble handling their debts. You wouldn’t know from looking at Bitcoin prices.
